Who we are

Kestrel Pilot is a private personal application operated by an individual developer ("we", "the operator"). Contact: support@kestrelpilot.dev. The application is for the operator's own use; it has no other users.

Google user data we access

With the account owner's consent, and only these read-only permissions:

• View events on the owner's calendars (calendar.events.readonly).
• View the owner's tasks (tasks.readonly).
• Basic account identity (openid, email), used to confirm that the same Google account is reconnected.

What we store

From calendar events: the title, start and end time, all-day flag and confirmed or tentative status. We do not request event descriptions, attendees or locations. From tasks: the task title, list name, open or completed status and dates. Google access tokens are stored encrypted.

How we use it

Only to show the owner's calendar events and tasks in the owner's private dashboard. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or selling, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Data is stored in a private database on the owner's own computer. Access is limited to the owner's own sign-in. The application contacts only Google's own services.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data and we do not share it with third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Kestrel Pilot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

The owner can disconnect Google at any time in the application. Disconnecting asks Google to revoke the grant, deletes the stored credential, and deletes the calendar events and tasks that were read through that connection. The owner can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

Stored Google credentials are encrypted, and the application is not published on the open internet.
